Insider Trading Rap Sticks To NBTY Lawyer

Law360, New York (September 22, 2009, 2:54 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit has upheld a decision finding defendants including a former lawyer for food supplement company NBTY Inc. liable for insider trading.

In a ruling on Monday, the Second Circuit affirmed a decision by a lower court to order Mitchell Drucker, Ronald Drucker and William Minerva to pay nearly $600,000.
