Fed. Circ. Says Aneurysm Patents Weren't Infringed

Law360, New York (September 22, 2009, 3:44 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has affirmed a lower court's ruling that Cook Inc. and W.L. Gore & Associates Inc. did not infringe four patents owned by Edwards Lifesciences LLC related to endovascular grafts for treating aneurysms without open surgery.
