Jackson Lewis Adds Partner To Benefits Group In Neb.

Law360, New York (September 23, 2009, 4:38 PM EDT) -- Jackson Lewis LLP on Wednesday announced the arrival of two new attorneys, including new partner Randy Limbeck, as part of the expansion of its employee benefits practice group in the Midwest.

Limbeck, who moved to Jackson Lewis in Omaha, Neb., after 29 years at the Omaha-based firm McGrath North Mullin & Kratz PC LLO, specializes in the design and implementation of pension, profit sharing, 401(k), employee stock ownership, nonqualified deferred compensation and tax-sheltered annuity plans for corporate clients.
