State Sues Rite Aid Over Expired Drugs, Baby Food

Law360, New York (October 25, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- New Jersey officials are hauling Rite Aid Corp. to state court, alleging that dozens of stores sold expired merchandise and defrauded consumers by charging consumers prices in excess of those listed on the shelf, marking the third time in five years the drug store chain has been accused of similar charges.
