Insurer Wants NJ Lawyer To Pay For $31M Verdict

Law360, New York (September 23, 2009, 12:22 PM EDT) -- New Jersey attorney Donna Whiteside has asked a federal judge to dismiss a negligence suit brought by an insurance company looking to hold her liable for a $31 million verdict against a county government that hired her to represent it in a wrongful injury case.
