Greenberg Traurig, Ex-Attys Accused Of IP Malpractice

Law360, New York (September 23, 2009, 12:50 PM EDT) -- Electrical wiring device maker Leviton Manufacturing Co. Inc. has filed a malpractice suit against Greenberg Traurig LLP and three of its former partners, claiming their multiple missteps in prosecuting patents and representing the company in litigation led to over $100 million in damages.
