Fidelity Unit's Counsel Axed In Title Insurance Spat

Law360, New York (September 23, 2009, 2:02 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has ruled that Polsinelli Shughart PC can't represent St. Johns Bank & Trust Co. in a dispute with Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Co. over coverage for losses related to overleveraged property, noting that the firm has represented the Fidelity National Title Group unit's affiliates or their policyholders in other cases.
