US Paper Industry Seeks New Duties On Imports

Law360, New York (September 23, 2009, 2:01 PM EDT) -- Three U.S paper producers have joined forces with the United Steelworkers union to file anti-dumping and anti-subsidy petitions covering Chinese and Indonesian imports of certain types of coated paper, alleging that unfair trade practices have significantly harmed the domestic paper industry.
