KFC Serves Chicken With A Side Of Cancer: Suit

Law360, New York (September 23, 2009, 1:43 PM EDT) -- The advocacy group Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine has sued fast food chicken chain KFC Corp., alleging that laboratory tests of its grilled chicken revealed the presence of a known carcinogenic chemical.

Filed Wednesday in the San Francisco Superior Court, the lawsuit accuses KFC of failing to warn consumers that some of its chicken products contain carcinogens.
