Cisco Extends Suspension of Copyright Suit Vs. Huawei

Law360, New York (April 6, 2004, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Cisco Systems Inc has extended the suspension of its copyright lawsuit against rival Huawei Technologies by an additional six months.

Cisco’s request to the U.S. District Court in Marshall, Texas for an extended suspension was granted by Judge T. John Ward last week, court documents show.

"The parties now request an additional stay to complete the review process that is currently underway," Cisco and Huawei said in the court documents.
