Claims Tossed Again In TV Patent Spat V. Microsoft

Law360, New York (September 24, 2009, 5:21 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has dismissed three claims in patent-holding company Intellivision's suit against Microsoft Corp. in the latest installment of a two-year fight over a contract regarding patent applications for interactive television technologies.

Judge John G. Koeltl of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York dismissed allegations of unilateral mistake, mutual mistake and anticipatory repudiation in Intellivision's second amended complaint at a hearing Sept. 22.
