MTC Chooses Texas Official As Its Next General Counsel

Law360 (February 13, 2020, 5:59 PM EST) -- A top tax attorney at the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts will be leaving the tax agency of the nation’s second-largest state to join the Multistate Tax Commission, the MTC executive director has announced.

Gregory Matson, executive director of the MTC, said in a statement Wednesday that Nancy Prosser, general counsel for the comptroller, will be the MTC's next general counsel. She will assume the role by June 1, Matson said.
