A Trap For Unwary Catholic Health Care Providers

These documents focus upon social and economic justice in the workplace and promote the Catholic Church’s long-standing advocacy of labor.

The guidance and encyclical are significant because unions may translate what are only suggested guidelines by the church on employee organizing into pro-labor dogma.
