Patent Win For Vacated By Fed. Circ.

Law360, New York (September 24, 2009, 6:09 PM EDT) -- Ruling that a district court misconstrued the claims of the patents-at-issue, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has vacated a jury verdict that found that Inc. did not infringe two patents held by Kara Technology Inc. for methods of authenticating postage.
