Dewey, Orrick Merger Would Create Strong Securities Practice

Law360 (October 25, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- If the merger between Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP and Dewey Ballantine LLP is approved by both firms’ partnerships, the new firm stands to boast a significantly improved securities litigation practice group.
