Law360, New York (September 24, 2009, 7:25 PM EDT) -- The U.S. government is lashing out at Funai Electric Co. Ltd.’s recent opposition to its bid to convince the U.S. Court of International Trade to toss the company’s lawsuit challenging a U.S. Customs and Border Protection decision to allow imports of allegedly infringing digital televisions made by Vizio Inc.
The challenge came in response to a memorandum filed Sept. 22 by Funai, which labeled the document an opposition to the defendants’ motion to throw out the suit.
