Hedge Fund Accuses Investors Of Stock Manipulation

Law360, New York (September 25, 2009, 4:05 PM EDT) -- Hedge fund manager Alki Partners LP has accused a group of investors — including noted young German entrepreneur Lars Windhorst — and Credit Suisse Group AG of engaging in a “classic pump and dump” scheme by manipulating the stock price of criminal monitoring device company RemoteMDX Inc., costing the fund more than $10 million in losses.
