Furniture Co. Escapes Anti-Dumping Duty Order

Law360, New York (September 25, 2009, 4:40 PM EDT) -- The International Trade Administration has concluded Shanghai Fangjia Industry Co. is not selling wooden bedroom furniture at an artificially lowered rate and will not have to pay additional anti-dumping duties.

In final results published in the Federal Register on Friday, the ITA said it was not making changes to preliminary results it found and that the company would not be subject to an anti-dumping duty order.
