Arming-Up Time Suit Against Wackenhut Shot Down

Law360, New York (September 25, 2009, 1:25 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit in which about 115 security guards at the Ginna Nuclear Power Plant in upstate New York accused their employer, Wackenhut Corp., of not paying them for time spent arming up, checking through security and arming down.
