Thompson Cut From Ennova Flash Drive Patent Suit

Law360, New York (September 25, 2009, 12:38 PM EDT) -- Consumer electronics maker Ennova Direct Inc. has dismissed claims against electronic media management firm Thompson Inc., the fourth company to be freed from litigation Ennova brought against a dozen competitors it claimed infringed its patent for flash memory drives with retractable USB connectors.
