FTC, DOJ Urge High Court To Overturn NFL Ruling

Law360, New York (September 25, 2009, 6:39 PM EDT) -- The Federal Trade Commission has teamed up with the U.S. Department of Justice to urge the Supreme Court to reverse a lower court ruling that effectively shields the NFL from antitrust scrutiny over an exclusive licensing deal for hats and other products bearing football team logos.
