ReNu Economic Loss Plaintiffs Lose Bid For 2 Classes

Law360, New York (September 28, 2009, 2:00 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has refused to certify two classes of plaintiffs alleging that they suffered economic loss when they had to return Bausch & Lomb Inc.'s ReNu with Moistureloc contact lens solution, which was recalled after being linked to a fungal infection.
