Trust To Appeal Toss Of Warner Bros. Contract Suit

Law360, New York (September 28, 2009, 3:46 PM EDT) -- A charitable trust seeking at least $15 million in breach of contract claims against media giant Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. will appeal a federal court's dismissal on the basis that the trust's settlor — an original producer of the TV hit "The Dukes of Hazzard" — may have been planning to keep the money for himself.
