Husco Workers Win Cert. In Wage-And-Hour Action

Law360, New York (September 28, 2009, 2:17 PM EDT) -- A group of Husco International Inc. employees has won collective status in a wage-and-hour action against the hydraulic equipment maker that calls for unpaid overtime, meal breaks and weekend pay for hundreds of workers.

Judge Lynn Adelman of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin granted the plaintiffs' motion for certification in an order Thursday, ruling that the 300 to 400 proposed class members were subject to the same alleged unlawful pay policies.
