Tobacco Cos. Appeal Restrictions To High Court

Law360, New York (September 29, 2009, 7:10 PM EDT) -- Philip Morris USA Inc., RJ Reynolds Tobacco Co. and several other cigarette makers have indicated that they will ask the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn a decision that puts restrictions on how they can market their products and requires them to issue corrective statements to the public about the negative health effects and addictiveness of smoking.
