CIT Rejects Union Steel Challenge Of Korea Duties

Law360, New York (September 29, 2009, 2:11 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade has rejected a challenge by South Korea-based Union Steel to anti-dumping duties on corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products from its home country, though the judge has remanded one issue back to the U.S. Department of Commerce for further review.
