Burning The Candle At Both Ends: Expanding Coverage Of The Antidumping Duty Order On Candles From China

Law360, New York (October 26, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- On Oct. 3, 2006, the U.S. Department of Commerce (“Department”) published a notice of a decision significantly expanding the coverage of antidumping duties on candles imported from China. The effects of this decision will extend throughout the retail industry.
