Judge Recuses Herself, Revives Bias Suit

Law360, New York (September 30, 2009, 12:18 PM EDT) -- Less than two weeks after dismissing as frivolous a discriminatory retaliation suit against two law firms, a federal judge on Tuesday vacated that order and recused herself from the proceedings after the plaintiff asked a higher court to disqualify her because of a conflict of interest.
