USPTO To Reexamine Broadcom's Contentious Patent

Law360 (October 26, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Stepping into a drawn-out battle between two California telecommunications companies, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office said Friday it would reexamine a Broadcom Corp. patent at the center of the company's litigation with Qualcomm Inc.
