CIT Remands Vietnamese Shrimp Duty Determination

Law360, New York (September 30, 2009, 1:14 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade has remanded a determination of anti-dumping duties for warm water shrimp from Vietnam, ruling that both domestic shrimp producers and importers have grounds to challenge the government's rates.

In a ruling on Tuesday, Judge Donald Pogue of the Court of International Trade ordered the U.S. Department of Commerce to either redetermine its anti-dumping order or better explain why it used certain standards.
