Doctors Say Greenway E-Records Software Not Up To Snuff

Law360 (March 16, 2020, 3:12 PM EDT) -- A Florida pediatrics group is hitting health care technology company Greenway Health LLC with a proposed class action, claiming the company sold it an electronic health records program that did not comply with federal standards for electronic records and cost the group federal incentive payments.

In a suit filed Friday in federal court in Tampa, Altamonte Pediatric Associates PA said Greenway's Intergy electronic health records software failed to comply with the federal government's Meaningful Use program that sets nationwide standards for electronic health records.
