Medmarc Ordered To Cover St. Jude Settlements

Law360, New York (September 30, 2009, 4:45 PM EDT) -- A federal court has ruled that Medmarc Casualty Insurance Co. must indemnify St. Jude Medical Inc. for the costs it incurred to settle two class actions filed on behalf of people in Australia who had to have their pacemakers removed and replaced due to possible defects.
