C.H. Robinson Slapped With Sex Discrimination Suit

Law360, New York (October 27, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Adding to the mounting number of sexual harassment lawsuits against transport business C.H. Robinson Worldwide Inc., six women at a Minnesota plant filed a complaint on Thursday alleging the company did nothing about hostile working conditions for females.

The six women—Rhonda Miller, Jennifer Halpaus, Janice DuBois, Aimee Morice, Donna Rosch and Carrie Thibodeau—originally filed sexual harassment claims as part of a larger class action, Carlson et al. v. C.H. Robinson Worldwide, over gender discrimination at the company.
