CareCore Antitrust Suit Should Go To Trial: Judge

Law360, New York (October 5, 2009, 3:43 PM EDT) -- A trial is likely to begin in November in an antitrust suit involving New York radiology providers, following a judge's conclusion that there are multiple issues of fact and law that require trial evidence to resolve.

Judge Victor Marrero of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York issued an order Thursday in response to letters from defendant CareCore National LLC seeking leave to file a motion for summary judgment before trial.
