Trade Publisher Questex Falls Into Chapter 11

Law360, New York (October 5, 2009, 7:05 PM EDT) -- Trade Publisher Questex Media Group Inc. has sunk into Chapter 11 following a decline in publication and advertising revenues and looming debt obligations and will begin a Section 363 asset sale.

Newton, Mass.-based Questex and eight of its subsidiaries filed for Chapter 11 late on Monday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, listing assets of $299 million and liabilities of roughly $321 million.
