Chinese Chloropicrin To Get Full Sunset Review: ITC

Law360, New York (October 7, 2009, 5:33 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has voted to conduct a full sunset review of anti-dumping duties imposed against imports of the pesticide chloropicrin from China.

The review, announced Tuesday, is the third sunset review of anti-dumping duties on Chinese chloropicrin, which have been in place since 1984.
