Atty Calls E-Filing In Bankruptcy Court Anti-Competitive

Law360, New York (October 8, 2009, 4:39 PM EDT) -- A Chicago attorney has taken aim at the Supreme Court of Illinois, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the American Bar Association, alleging federal bankruptcy laws and electronic filing requirements have wrongly undercut competition in the U.S. legal industry.
