Dow Chemical Requests Documents From Meridian

Law360 (October 31, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- Trying to determine liability in a lawsuit related to golf-cart parts, Dow Chemical Company asked bankrupt auto parts maker Meridian Automotive Systems Inc. on Monday to release certain important documents before the upcoming confirmation hearing of its Chapter 11 reorganization plan.

Dow said in a motion filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware that it needed to inspect and evaluate all documents related to the manufacture of specific premium golf-cart models.
