ITA Issues Anti-Dumping Duties On Tissue From China

Law360, New York (October 9, 2009, 6:16 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has imposed anti-dumping duties on three companies that export certain types of tissue paper from China, rejecting protests from one of the respondents that its sales were negligible.

The department's International Trade Administration published a final determination Friday in the Federal Register imposing the duties against Max Fortune Industrial Ltd., Vietnam Quijiang Paper Co. Ltd. and Guilin Qifeng Paper Co. Ltd.
