Madoff Trustee Ratchets Up Claim Against Feeder Fund

Law360, New York (October 9, 2009, 5:03 PM EDT) -- The court-appointed trustee overseeing the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC has upped the amount of allegedly fake profit he wants returned from Madoff-linked Cohmad Securities Corp. from $213 million to $245 million.

Irving H.
