Newspapers Reach Deal In Title Tug-Of-War

Law360 (November 1, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- The bitter fight over which Florida newspaper can lay claim to the title of “Tampa Bay Times” is finally over, with the area’s two largest newspapers agreeing to settle the titular dispute after months of wrangling.

On Wednesday, the St. Petersburg Times and The Tampa Tribune revealed that they had reached a rapprochement in the trademark infringement battle.
