Schwarzenegger Pens Renewable Energy Deal With DOI

Arnold Schwarzenegger said Monday that he had penned an agreement with the U.S. Department of the Interior in a bid to expedite renewable energy development in the state, a move he said marked the first state agreement collaborating with the agency on such long-term projects.
