US Looking Into Tariffs Against India, EU Over Digital Taxes
Law360 (June 2, 2020, 1:22 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Trade Representative's Office announced Tuesday it was initiating investigations into India and other countries, as well as the European Union, that have enacted or are considering special taxes on digital companies, opening the door for potential retaliatory tariffs.
