Claims Trimmed In $30M Cleanup Suit V. Halliburton

Law360, New York (October 13, 2009, 3:06 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has dismissed some claims against QSA Global Inc. and NL Industries Inc. in a suit the U.S. government and the state of Texas filed against them and Halliburton Energy Services Inc. over $30 million in cleanup costs related to three Texas sites contaminated with radioactive waste.
