Paul Weiss Off Hook In Ex-Citi Broker's Suit: 2nd Circ.

Law360, New York (October 14, 2009, 6:12 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has ruled that a district court was right to toss ex-Citigroup broker David Trautenberg's suit against Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison LLP alleging a conflict of interest in the firm's representation of the bank cost him as much as $20 million in lost severance pay.
