Ortho-McNeil Faces More Suits Over Contraceptive

Law360, New York (November 2, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical Co., the manufacturer of the popular birth-control patch Ortho Evra, found itself in court again on Wednesday as additional lawsuits were filed by women who claim the contraceptive caused serious illnesses and at least one death.
