Bills In Lehman Bankruptcy Cross $400M Mark

Law360, New York (October 15, 2009, 7:10 PM EDT) -- Bankrupt Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. has already paid out $402.9 million in fees and expense reimbursements to attorneys, financial advisers and other consultants, a newly filed report shows.

Shepherding Lehman through the largest bankruptcy in U.S. history has proven to be lucrative for many attorneys and advisers, according to a monthly operating report filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York on Wednesday.
