Lundbeck Price-Gouging Claims Survive Bid To Toss

Law360, New York (October 15, 2009, 7:35 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has refused to dismiss a putative class action accusing Ovation Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Lundbeck Inc. of jacking up the prices for pharmaceutical treatments of a certain congenital heart defect suffered most frequently by premature infants.
