CIT Deems Diamond Sawblades Suit Premature

Law360, New York (October 15, 2009, 6:57 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade has dismissed as premature a suit by foreign manufacturers of diamond sawblades challenging an anti-dumping duty determination that has yet to be published.

On Wednesday, the CIT granted a motion by the U.S. government to dismiss the suit, finding manufacturers including Advanced Technology & Materials Co. Ltd., Gang Yan Diamond Products and Bosun Tools Group Co. Ltd. had filed prematurely.
