Ford, Others Strike Deal Over NJ Superfund Cleanup

Law360, New York (October 16, 2009, 1:22 PM EDT) -- Ford Motor Co. and several industrial manufacturers have agreed with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on how to proceed with remediation of contaminated water and soil at a hazardous waste site in New Jersey under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act.
